On the day of the performance, anyone under the age of 23 who purchases a ticket will receive a cash back of 2,000 yen. Eligible people should present identification that can verify their age at the cash back reception desk set up at the venue on the day of the performance.
The cashback is available to customers who are 23 years of age or younger on the day of the performance and who purchase tickets for the designated performance.
If you wish to receive cashback, please purchase a ticket and be sure to bring identification that can verify your age.
If your age cannot be verified or you have forgotten your ID, you will not be eligible for cashback.
Please note that we cannot accept copies or photos of ID.
*We cannot accept cashback requests on behalf of others. Please make sure you come to the counter in person.
*We cannot accept requests after the live show has finished. Please complete the cashback procedure at the ticket counter before entering the venue.
*Cashbacks are available to customers who attend the venue on the day of the performance. Please note that cashbacks will not be available after the performance has ended.
If you have a disability, you will receive a 2,000 yen cashback on the day of the event.
