How to receive your tickets

  • Receive a paper ticket

    You will complete the ticket issuance procedure yourself at 7-Eleven.
    Pickup will be available from 14:00 (Thu) 10/1.

    On the ticket issuance date, eplus will send you an email with a 13-digit ticket number. (Please check your settings to receive emails from "@eplus.tickets".) ）
    Alternatively, you can present the ticket voucher displayed on the "My Orders" page to the store staff to receive your ticket.
    Tickets can be issued until the day of the game. Please be sure to issue your ticket in advance before arriving at the venue.
    Please note that tickets cannot be issued at the venue.

How to receive paper tickets
Ticketing at 7‑Eleven Store

STEP

A 13-digit Voucher number is required for ticketing.

* Please check the email sent from eplus with a 13-digit ticket number.
Alternatively, please check the "Track My Order" in advance.

You will receive your ticket at the register.

*Multi-copy machines will not be used.

  • Print out the "Voucher" (or payment/receipt) or display the 13-digit Voucher number listed in the email at the register.
  • Tell the clerk that you paid online.

Terms and Conditions

  • Only on the day stated on the ticket, one person per ticket 1 ticket is allowed to enter.
  • We cannot offer refunds or changes for customer convenience, and we cannot reissue tickets in any case, including if they are stolen, lost, damaged, or soiled.
  • After the sales period of start, if a new ticket type is sold without notice, we will not be able to refund or change the purchased ticket.
  • Resale, transfer or exchange of tickets for cash for profit is strictly prohibited.
  • If an attendant asks you to show your ticket, please do so.
  • To verify your identity, you may be asked to present identification upon entry.
  • For safety reasons, please follow the instructions of the staff. We will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to failure to follow instructions.
  • Up to two children under 15 years old may enter free of charge per accompanying adult. Please present valid identification upon entry to prove your age.
  • Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult to receive free admission.
  • Please note that if a player plays even one shot on the day specified on the ticket, the match will be considered to have taken place and tickets will not be refunded.
  • Please note that there will be no carryover to the next day or later due to suspension, including in the event that the tournament is canceled.
  • If the tournament is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons and ticket prices are refunded, we will announce this on our official website.
  • Please check the posting and complete the procedure within the refund application period (JST). Please note that once the refund application period (JST) has passed, we will not be able to process it under any circumstances.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for any fees incurred when purchasing tickets (including, but not limited to, payment processing fees).
  • The venue is scheduled to close at 4:59 PM on all days. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter after that time for any reason.
  • At the entrance gate, all visitors will be subject to baggage inspection and physical checks using metal detectors.
  • If you are bringing baggage that exceeds the specified size, please allow yourself plenty of time as it may take some time to enter the venue.
