For the first three days of the event and for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, tickets will be sold on a "time-slot specific" basis with a limit on the number of tickets available.

  • If you are late for meeting time, only the time slot listed will be valid, but you will be guided at the end regardless of the reference number.
  • Please refrain from arriving too early than the meeting time listed on the admission ticket, as this may lead to congestion.
  • If you visit on a day other than the designated date, you will not be admitted.
  • The numbered ticket does not guarantee your entry order at the merchandise sales area.

Important Notices

  • To reduce crowding inside the venue, tickets will be sold under a "date-specific system" with a cap on the number of tickets available during the event period [First Day ~ 3 Days] and [Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays].
    Date and Time Specified Ticket Please note that entry is not allowed outside the specified date and time.
  • On weekdays (except on the first day of the event, (Fri) 11/13), we will sell a "Designated Period Valid Ticket" that allows one entry per person during the designated period.
    Please note that "tickets valid during the designated period" cannot be used on 【First Day ~ 3 Days】 or 【Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays】.
  • Please note that depending on the situation, we may issue numbered tickets for entry times.
  • Please note that on-site ticket sales may be limited or canceled depending on the crowd situation.
  • Please refrain from reselling tickets for profit. (Purchasing tickets for resale purposes is against the law and may result in penalties.) The organizers will not be held responsible for any problems arising from the transfer or resale of tickets.

<Ticket Notes>

  • Advance admission for eplus is available until 11/12 (Thu) 23:59 the day before the event.
  • If you reserved or purchased tickets online via eplus, please issue your physical tickets at a Seven-Eleven store before coming to the venue.
  • From (Fri) 11/13 onward, please purchase same-day tickets at the exhibition venue.
  • Tickets for the specified date and time will only be sold at the venue if there are any remaining tickets from the advance ticket sales.
  • Tickets will only be sold at the venue on the day of the event and will be limited in quantity. Sales may end without prior notice.
  • Please note that on-the-day ticket sales may be limited or canceled at the venue depending on the crowd situation.
  • Advance tickets can be purchased up to 4 tickets with a single application.

Notes:

  • If the venue becomes crowded, entry restrictions may be enforced even if you bring a Date and Time Specified Ticket to ensure your safety.
  • The admission gift will be given to paying visitors only at the exhibition venue.
  • We cannot accept changes or exchanges to purchased admission tickets or participation tickets.
  • Refunds, changes to the date/time, or changes to the ticket type are not permitted after purchase due to customer reasons.
  • Your purchased ticket comes with a stub. Please note that you will not be admitted if you detach the stub for the relevant venue before entering.
  • Admission tickets are non-refundable. Please note that tickets will not be reissued in case of theft or loss.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • If your admission ticket is lost, it will not be reissued.
  • Preschool children are admitted free of charge (accompanied by a guardian; guardians must purchase an admission ticket).
  • There are no admission benefits for preschool children. (Admission benefits are only given to paying visitors.)
  • Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older) to enter. One guardian may accompany up to two children.
  • If you possess a physical disability certificate, intellectual disability certificate, or mental disability health and welfare certificate and are accompanied by a caregiver, one caregiver will be admitted free of charge. (The person with the disability must purchase a ticket.)

<Caution regarding auctions, etc.>

Reselling tickets purchased from the organizer or a ticket vendor commissioned by the organizer to a third party for profit is strictly prohibited.
Entry will be strictly denied to anyone using a ticket that has been found to have been resold. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the ticket price.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any problems arising from resold tickets.

<Regarding event postponement/cancellation>

  • Event dates, times, and content may be changed, postponed, or canceled without prior notice due to various circumstances.
