This voucher is valid only once per person per 1 ticket. Re-entry is not allowed.
Cancellations, changes, reissues, and refunds are not permitted after purchase.
If you are traveling with three or more infants under 3 years old, please purchase a 'Child' ticket per third or subsequent child.
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older to enter.
If you are entering with a "Junior High/High School Student" or "Child" ticket, you may be asked to present your student ID (or other proof of age). If you are deemed ineligible due to inability to verify your age, you will be required to pay the difference on-site.
Holders of a disability certificate can enter free of charge for up to one accompanying guardian per ticket . Please present your purchased ticket and the original disability certificate or digital disability certificate "Mirairo ID" to the staff upon entry. If you do not have a booklet, you will need to purchase an additional ticket on-site.
This exhibition is by timed entry only. Please arrive at the foyer (meeting place) at the back of the lobby 15 minutes before your designated reservation time.
Even if you arrive earlier than the designated time, there is no waiting line (space). To reduce congestion, please come to the meeting place at the time indicated. Please note that during business hours, even those without tickets can freely enter the lobby and other areas.
If you are late for the entry time indicated on your ticket, it may take some time to enter, or in some cases, you may not be able to enter at all.
Depending on the crowd situation at the venue, you may have to wait before entering.
Entry is not permitted outside of the date and time indicated on the ticket.
Resale of tickets for this exhibition is strictly prohibited. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any problems arising from tickets obtained illegally.
If your actions are deemed disruptive or inappropriate, you may be refused entry or asked to leave.
The exhibition may be suddenly canceled due to natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, or unforeseen accidents. Furthermore, some content may be changed without prior notice depending on the circumstances.
