When entering, you will need to present the QR code at the entrance gate.
In the case of QR receiving, only card payment will be made from one day before the match.

How to use the QR ticket

Terms

Admission is valid only for the date indicated on the ticket. One ticket admits one individual.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable for personal reasons. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including theft, loss, damage, or defacement.
No refunds or changes will be accepted in the event that additional ticket types are released after the initial sales period begins.
Resale, transfer, or exchange of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Ticket holders may be asked to present their ticket by event staff at any time during the event.
A valid form of identification may be required at entry for identity verification purposes.
For safety reasons, all attendees must follow the instructions of on-site staff. The organizer assumes no responsibility for accidents resulting from non-compliance.
Up to two children aged 15 or under may enter free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult (guardian). A valid ID must be presented at entry to confirm age eligibility.
Free entry for children 15 and under requires the presence of a ticketed adult (guardian).
If any player hits a shot on the date printed on the ticket, the event shall be considered held and no refunds will be issued.
In the event of tournament cancellation or suspension, tickets will not carry over to the following day(s).
If the tournament is canceled due to weather or other circumstances and a refund is offered, instructions will be provided on the official website.
Please complete refund procedures within the designated refund period. Requests submitted after the period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The venue is scheduled to close at 4:59PM each day. Entry will not be permitted after this time under any circumstances.

All attendees are subject to bag inspection and body screening with metal detectors at the entrance.
Carrying items exceeding the permitted size may delay entry. Please arrive with sufficient time.
