Confirmation of Application Details

Please log in to “Track My Order” to confirm your application details.
An application completion email will be sent; however, delivery may be delayed or the email may not arrive.
If you do not receive the email, please check “Track My Order”.

Cancellation/Change

Only cancellation during the application period (JST) is possible.
Please cancel via “Track My Order” and submit a new application if necessary.

Please note that no cancellations or changes are permitted after winning the lottery.

Check Lottery Results (JST)

Lottery results will be notified by email; however, delivery may be delayed or the email may not arrive.
Please be sure to check via “Track My Order”.

Pay the Fee

Payment will be made when the ticket is won.

Only credit cards are accepted.

Receive Ticket

QR Ticket

QR tickets will be available from 16:00 on the day before the performance.
After the QR ticket becomes available, please select “Display QR Code” via “Track My Order”.
(Notification emails will be sent sequentially as tickets become available.)
