General sales are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the following precautions before applying.
■ An ID check (identity verification) will be conducted at the venue on the day of the performance. Please be sure to apply using the name exactly as it appears on your official photo ID.
■ Please do not purchase tickets for the same performance that have already been purchased during previous sales periods,including those purchased by both the applicant and any accompanying person(s).
■ Even if you hold multiple tickets under the same name, they may not be transferred to a third party or refunded.
■ When applying, please ensure that the “Name of Applicant” entered during the application process exactly matches the name shown on your official photo ID.
■ Please double-check that both the applicant’s name and the accompanying person(s)’ names are entered correctly at the time of application.
■ After the application is completed, no name changes will be permitted for either the applicant or any accompanying person(s).

・If you do not comply with the rules and manners set by the organizer, admission may be denied or you may be asked to leave the venue.
In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
・Tickets will not be refunded for reasons other than cancellation or postponement of the performance, or changes to door opening or start times.
Even if the performance is canceled or postponed due to the organizer’s circumstances, we will not be able to compensate for any expenses related to attending the event, including transportation and accommodation costs.

ID Check on the Day of the Performance
(Identity Verification)
・To prevent ticket resale, an ID check (identity verification) will be conducted.
Both the purchaser and all accompanying person(s) must present an official ID with a photo.
・Only individuals whose name matches both the photo ID presented and the name printed on the ticket will be admitted.
(The names of the purchaser and companions will be printed on the ticket.)
・If the name on the photo ID does not match the name on the ticket, or if it is determined that the person presenting the ID is not the ticket holder, admission will be denied.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
【What Both the Purchaser and Accompanying Person(s) Must Bring】

・Lending or borrowing official identification is prohibited by law. Using a forged or counterfeit identification is a crime.
Regarding Names
・If you are purchasing two tickets, you must enter the full name of each accompanying person on the application form at the time of application.
・Once registered, the names of the purchaser and accompanying person(s) cannot be changed.
Please ensure all information is entered accurately.
・At the time of entry, both the purchaser and accompanying person(s) must each present an official ID with a photo for identity verification.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission.
