■Notes

[Introduction and the event as a whole]

  • There is no car or bicycle parking available, so please come by public transportation.
  • Due to seating arrangements, customers are not permitted to exchange or move seats with other customers unless asked to do so by staff. Please be sure to watch the show from your own seat.
  • Please refrain from any behavior that may interfere with the performance or cause inconvenience to other customers.
  • Please note that the event staff cannot accept gifts for the athletes or performers.
  • When cheering on athletes or performers, please be mindful that your cheering goods do not obstruct the view of other customers and are a nuisance to those around you.
  • Please refrain from bringing in or using any cheering goods that may interfere with the competition or progress. Any goods that are deemed to be an obstruction will be collected.
  • You may be asked to refrain from using luminous materials (phosphorescent materials), highly reflective materials (mirrors, aluminum materials), sharp objects, or anything that may interfere with not only other customers but also the progress of the competition.
  • Official Streaming and media filming and recording will be held in the venue. Please be aware of the customer's reflection.
  • Please follow the instructions of staff within the venue to ensure safety and to ensure other customers can enjoy the event. Please note that if you do not follow instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, we will not refund any ticket fees, transportation costs, etc.
  • Depending on your seat or area, you may not be able to see the production, images, program content, or performers, or hear the sound. Please note that the degree of visibility may vary depending on your seat position.
  • Please note that we may change these precautions in the future due to changes in the program, etc.
  • The organizers will not be held responsible for any theft, loss, injury, or trouble between customers that occurs within the venue.

[About paid tickets]

  • Please be sure to check and understand the following terms and conditions before purchasing your ticket.
  • Children aged 3 and over are required to pay. Children under 3 can watch for free on a lap. (However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.)
  • Children's tickets are only available to children aged 12 or under (elementary school students). (We may ask for your age upon entry.)
  • Minors may only purchase tickets with the consent of their legal guardian or other legal guardian.
  • All admission tickets for this event will be reserved and issued as electronic tickets (smartphone only).
  • If you purchase two or more tickets, you will also need a smartphone for companions. Please distribute tickets to companions in advance before visiting.
  • If the companions does not have a smartphone, the admission procedure will be carried out only when the applicant enters at the same time.
  • On the day of the event, we may ask you to verify your identity. If you show up under a name that does not match your registered name, we may refuse you entry.
  • Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason. If you are found to be transferring or reselling tickets, your tickets will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave.
  • Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or cancelled for any reason. Tickets will not be reissued in any case, including if lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or forgotten.
  • If you are coming in a wheelchair on the day of the event, please purchase a wheelchair seat (on sale from FCFS advance on January 11th). Tickets can be purchased up to 2 tickets, including those who need assistance. For confirmation, we may ask you to see a certificate such as a disability certificate.

[Regarding entry and exit]

  • If you are with small children, please make sure to hold their hands and keep an eye on them. If your child gets lost, please consult a nearby staff member.
  • Children under elementary school age may only enter if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent before visiting. Also, in accordance with local government regulations, please be sure to leave by 10:00 PM. Please be aware of this before visiting.
  • Space in the waiting area is limited. Waiting line information start Please refrain from entering the premises before the hour.
  • The block name and nearby seat number are written on the wall at the exit of each aisle. Please refer to this when moving. Seat numbers are written on the seat of the chair.
  • To ensure everyone's safe return, we may ask you to leave the venue at different times depending on the seating area. Please cooperate by following announcements made within the venue and instructions from venue staff and security guards.

[Free area/Admission for those without tickets]

[Regarding merchandise sales]

  • Merchandise will be sold at the venue, but please note that there is a limit to the number of items available and they may sell out.
  • In order to alleviate congestion and ensure fairness, priority will be given to "paid ticket purchasers" depending on the time of day.
  • In order to give priority to paid ticket customers, free ticket customers may have to wait until the start of purchase.
  • Please note that if products are sold out during the priority sale, sales to customers without tickets may not be carried out.

[Regarding nuisances and accidents]

  • Anyone causing a nuisance inside or outside the venue or who does not follow the instructions of staff may be forced to leave or denied entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • In the event of an accident, theft, theft, or injury to a third party occurring inside or outside the venue, the parties involved will be required to resolve the issue between themselves. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any such trouble between customers. Please take responsibility for managing your valuables.

[Baggage inspection]

[Photo and video shooting by customers]

  • Photography for personal use is not a problem. However, please refrain from using flash, AF fill lights, or other materials that may affect the players.
    ○ Photography restrictions
    ■Photography is prohibited in and around the restroom.
    ■Flash photography is prohibited in the venue.
    ■The use of SLR cameras and telephoto lenses is prohibited.
    ■Infrared light, transmission photography, and shooting from excessive low angles are prohibited.
    ■Photography using a tripod is prohibited.
    ○ Manners
    ■We strictly prohibit uploading images taken on the Internet without the permission of the subject or forcing physical contact.
    ■Please take sufficient care when taking photos inside the venue so that the other person does not feel uncomfortable.
    ○Video shooting
    ■Even when recording videos and live Streaming, etc., "photography and video recording by customers" are within the scope of application.
    ○ Prohibited acts
    ■When posting photos and videos taken on social media, please be sure to obtain permission from the subject. Also, if other participants or staff members are in the background, please take care not to identify the individual (blurring, etc.).
    ■Voyeurism, unauthorized data uploading, and posting to magazines and books are prohibited.
  • If there are any complaints about general participants appearing in the images, please cooperate in removing them.
    ■Acts that violate public order and morals, interviews or distribution of flyers without permission, and the use of sprays or mists are prohibited.

[About eating and drinking inside the venue]

  • Eating and drinking is permitted at the venue. Please cooperate in separating your trash.
  • Those who bring alcoholic beverages or who are excessively intoxicated may be refused entry.

[Smoking areas]

  • There are no smoking areas within the venue, including on the premises. Smoking is also prohibited on neighboring premises and on the streets.

[Carrying on large luggage/coin lockers]

  • We recommend that you leave your luggage or large items in advance in coin lockers, storage facilities, or your hotel near the venue. The organizers will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen luggage.
  • Items larger than your seat, such as strollers or carry-on cases, or similar items, cannot be brought into the spectator seats.
  • Please note that there are a limited number of coin lockers available at the venue.
  • Please note that we are unable to store large luggage such as carry-on cases.
  • Please note that nearby coin lockers are likely to be crowded on the day.

[Customer changing rooms]

  • There are no changing rooms inside the venue.
  • Changing clothes in nearby toilets etc. is strictly prohibited, so please refrain from coming to the event in cosplay.

[Regarding garbage sorting and collection]

  • Please be sure to dispose of your trash in the designated area. Please do not leave trash around your seat when you leave the venue.
