This ticket is required for cosplay participation. It allows you to use the dressing rooms and luggage storage area.
The reception hours, available dates, and benefits vary depending on the ticket.
● Premium 3-Day Ticket (Limited Quantity)
This set includes tickets for three days during the 'IKEHALO' event period (October 30, 31, November 1), allowing you to fully enjoy the three days of IKEHALO.
The following three days of tickets are included as a set.

["Premium 3-Days Ticket" Limited Benefit ①]
During the IKEHALO event, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage area across the day.
*Only one piece of luggage per person can be left in the luggage storage area across two days.
* Luggage deposit and collection is limited to the baggage storage hours.
The times when you can use the luggage storage area are the same as the changing room hours for each day.

From the day after you register, you can go directly to the dressing room, luggage storage area, and photo shoot without having to wait in line at the reception desk.

Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2026: October 31 (Sat) and November 1 (Sun)
There are no age restrictions.
Children under elementary school age can only participate in the event if accompanied by a guardian.
The participation fee is 500 yen for elementary school students (please pay in cash at the Kids Ticket reception on the day of the event), and it is free for preschool children.
• Participation is free for elementary school children residing in Toshima Ward. (Proof of identity is required.)
*A participation fee will also be charged for accompanying guardians.
• Preschool children may use the changing room of the same gender as their guardian.
*Please note that staff reserve the right to refuse entry to the changing room of the opposite sex.
Children under elementary school age are not allowed to act independently. Parents/guardians must accompany their children at all times during the event.
