  • The Kinoshita Group Show Court is not divided into Session 1 and Session 2. A separate ticket is required for each day.
  • If you are a high school student or younger and want to get Unreserved Seat, please present a valid ID such as a student ID at the ticket counter on the day and receive a ticket to enter the Kinoshita Group Showcourt in advance.
  • Please note that no refunds will be issued even if a match in Kinoshita Group Show Court is canceled due to weather conditions after you have purchased an admission ticket. The match will be regarded as  completing in case that two sets have been played.

NOTICE＆FAQ

Regarding illegal resale

  • Resale for profit is prohibited. If resale is discovered, you may be denied entry.
  • The organizer cannot be held responsible for any troubles caused by tickets purchased through channels other than official channels.

  • Tickets purchased from auction sites or secondary market sites will not grant you entry.
  • With the exception of some tickets, your name will be printed on the ticket. Please note that we may ask you to present identification (such as a form of ID) upon entry.

About tickets

  • Customers who purchase tickets to the Coliseum can watch matches and practices held at designated sessions, the Kinoshita Group Show Court (Unreserved Seat), and the outdoor court (Unreserved Seat /standing).
  • Customers who purchase admission tickets (excluding Coliseum tickets) can watch matches and practices held at the Kinoshita Group Show Court (Unreserved Seat) and the outdoor court (Unreserved Seat /standing). Admission tickets will only be sold at the ticket counter on the day of the game, and cancellations or refunds cannot be made after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The Kinoshita Group showcourt and outdoor courts are Unreserved Seat except for some reserved seats. Depending on crowd conditions, entry may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
  • A portion of the Kinoshita Group Show Court will be reserved seating with a fee. Customers with Coliseum tickets can purchase these seats at a discounted price at the box office on the day of the match.
  • If you purchase a reserved seat at the Kinoshita Group Show Court, and the match is canceled due to weather conditions, the match will be considered complete after two sets have been played, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Children under 4 years old are admitted free of charge only if they sit on an adult's lap. However, if a separate seat is required, a ticket must be purchased.
  • Pets are not allowed inside.
  • Admission tickets cannot be reissued, refunded, or exchanged for other tickets under any circumstances (including loss, destruction by fire, damage, or changes in participating players).
  • Please note that participating players may change due to injuries or other reasons. No refunds will be given in the event of changes in participating players.
  • Please note that additional seats may become available for purchase for seating categories that have sold out.
  • Tickets purchased on the day of the event will be sold at the price listed in the price list plus 1,000 yen. Please note that if tickets are sold out in advance, there will be no tickets available on the day of the event.
  • If you leave the stadium during the match, we may ask you to return your ticket. Please note that returned tickets may be resold depending on the circumstances of the day. Returning your ticket is entirely voluntary.
  • Depending on the progress of the matches, games scheduled after 9 PM may be held without spectators. Please be aware of this in advance.

About the viewing area

  • Customers with Coliseum tickets can watch matches and practices held in the Coliseum and other courts (excluding reserved seats on the show court).
    Please note that entry to Kinoshita Group Show Court (outdoor court) and other outdoor courts may be restricted depending on the level of crowding.
  • Please note that the match schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
  • Please note that player training sessions may be held behind closed doors at the player's request.
  • In case of rain, matches may be held on indoor courts, but because it is difficult to secure a safe viewing space, matches held on indoor courts will be held without spectators.
  • Tickets are also required to watch the qualifiers on 9/28 (Mon) ATP Monday and the 9/29 (Tue) qualifiers on ATP Tuesday.

About seating

  • There will be All Reserved Seats seats inside the Coliseum during the main tournament.
  • The athletes' seats and judges' stands in the Coliseum will be located on the west side.
  • Please be aware that some seats in the premium courtside seats and arena side seats on the west side of the Coliseum have obstructed views of the court due to the placement of the referee's stand.
  • There is a partition between the arena side seats and the premium courtside seats in the Coliseum, so the area in front of the second row is only accessible to customers with premium courtside seats.
  • Customers with arena side seats can go down to the third row of the stands.
    (Please note that those with arena side seats will not be able to go down to the front row.)
  • A portion of the Kinoshita Group Show Court will be reserved seating with a fee.

About (Wed) 9/30 ~ (Sun) 10/4

  • The Coliseum from 9/30 (Wed) ~ 10/4 (Sun) will be divided into Session 1 and Session 2, with a replacement system.
  • Courts other than the Coliseum do not have separate sessions. Those with tickets for the day of the match can watch matches and practices held on courts other than the Coliseum, regardless of the time slot.
  • After Session 1 ends, all spectators will be required to leave the stands for cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
  • If Session 1 matches are delayed, Session 2 Doors open and Start of the match may be delayed.
  • If you wish to watch all matches held on (Sun) 9/30 (Wed) ~ 10/4, you will need 2 tickets tickets (Session 1 & Session 2).

Regarding spectator etiquette

  • Please refrain from taking flash photography or videos.
  • Please watch the game quietly, as disruptive behavior may disturb other spectators or interfere with the game's progress.
  • Once the points are decided, please give a big round of applause and cheers.
  • We strictly refuse reservations for Unreserved Seat locations.
