  • If you forget or lose your ticket, you will not be able to admission it under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
  • We do not offer any changes to the date (session) after ticket purchase, refunds, or reissues for lost or forgotten tickets.

  • The admission ticket is a reserved seat ticket valid only for the scheduled viewing date and the designated session (morning or afternoon session) as indicated on the ticket.
  • All seats are reserved. Specific seat selection is not available.
  • Admission vouchers are valid for 1 ticket per person. Please carry this ticket with you at all times.
  • If the opening ceremony is postponed due to rain or other reasons on both August 5th and 6th, it will be held on August 6th in the stadium stands with only invited guests in attendance. Even if you have a ticket for August 6th, you will not be admitted. (In this case, your August 6th ticket will be refunded.)
  • For the "morning sessions" from August 7th to 12th, if it is determined that a match will not be completed by 11:00 AM, the match will be suspended and be continued on a later day as a general rule (In that case, tickets for the "morning session" will be refunded.)
  • On the second day and thereafter, if the match preceding the final match has not ended by 7:30 p.m., the final match will generally be canceled and rescheduled for the following day or later.
  • Commercial use or resale for profit is strictly prohibited.
  • Resold admission tickets may be refused admission.

There are numerous cases of tickets being traded on online auctions and resale sites at prices exceeding the original selling price. High school baseball is an educational activity. As organizers, we want many people to be able to watch the games at a reasonable price and support the players.

■ Precautions when watching the event

  • Please always be on the lookout for fly balls and other obstacles within the stadium.
  • We are not responsible for injuries caused by foul balls, flying practice balls, broken bats, etc. within the stadium, except in cases where the organizers or stadium managers are at fault.
  • To prevent accidents, bringing in bottles and cans is prohibited.
  • There is no transfer service from bottles and cans or paper cups at the gate.
  • There are no lockers or baggage storage facilities. You may bring your belongings into the venue as long as they fit within your seating area, but please be careful not to obstruct the surrounding spectators or aisles. We are not responsible for the care of your belongings, so please take care of them yourself.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside and around the stadium. Please smoke only in designated areas.
  • Re-entry after leaving the stadium is not permitted.
  • Parking is prohibited around the stadium. Please use public transportation such as trains and buses.

  • Any sales or promotional activities, as well as photography or videography for the purpose of publication or electronic media, are prohibited inside or around the stadium without the organizers' permission.

  • Baggage inspections may be carried out.
  • Admission of organized crime groups and malicious cheerleaders are not allowed.
  • In accordance with the Youth Protection Ordinance, persons under the age of 18 and their companions must leave by 11 PM.
  • Please be aware that some areas around the stadium's perimeter are narrower due to construction.

■Regarding audience rotation

From August 7th to 12th, the matches will be divided into two sessions: one match in the morning and three matches in the afternoon.

  • Tickets for August 7~12 will be sold separately: "Morning Session: 1 match" and "Afternoon Session: 3 matches." If you wish to watch all matches on that day, you will need admission tickets for 2 tickets for both the "Morning" and "Afternoon" sessions.
  • After the "morning session" concludes, all customers will be asked to leave the stadium. Even if you have an admission ticket for the "afternoon session," you will not be allowed to remain inside the stadium.
  • For those attending the Afternoon Session, please arrive close to the scheduled match start time and avoid arriving too early. This is to ease congestion around the stadium by coinciding with the departure of customers during the morning session.
  • The system of dividing the audience into "morning session" and "afternoon session" will only be in place from August 7th to 12th. Even if the schedule is postponed due to rain or other reasons, from August 13th onwards, the games will be played without dividing them into "morning session" and "afternoon session," and your ticket for the day you originally planned to attend will allow you to watch all the games on that day.
  • Depending on weather conditions such as rain, the event may be held in either the morning or afternoon session only.

■ About refunds

In the event of changes to the tournament schedule or match order due to inclement weather or other reasons, the match pairings may differ from the originally planned ones. Even in such cases, refunds will not be issued except for cancelled matches. Please understand this in advance.

  • Once purchased, admission tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, except in the following cases:
  • If even one match becomes an official game on your scheduled viewing date (or session), no refunds will be issued even if subsequent matches are canceled or postponed due to rain or other reasons.
On the day of the opening ceremony, refunds will be made only if the opening ceremony itself is canceled. Once the opening ceremony has taken place, no refunds will be given even if matches are canceled or postponed.
  • If a refund is issued, the money will be credited directly to the bank account or credit card account used for the purchase within 60 days.
  • Refunds will not be processed at the stadium ticket office or the tournament headquarters office.
