[Regarding your visit]
Entry is limited to one time per time slot. Customers with multiple tickets will have their tickets torn once and will receive the corresponding number of visitor benefits.
[Regarding your viewing experience]
- To alleviate congestion and protect the exhibits, large luggage such as carry-on cases and suitcases are not permitted in the exhibition area. Please use coin lockers at nearby facilities.
- To prevent contact with the exhibits, please hold your backpacks and other belongings in front of you while viewing the exhibits.
- Please refrain from making phone calls on your mobile phone or smartphone inside the exhibition hall, as this may disturb other visitors.
[Regarding the merchandise area]
- Merchandise sales are limited to customers holding admission tickets. Customers without tickets, including preschool children and their caregivers, are not permitted to purchase merchandise.
- Each person can only pay once per admission time.
- Once you leave the exhibition hall, you will not be able to re-enter, including the merchandise area.
- The merchandise area is located at the very end of the venue. Entry from the official shop and use of the merchandise area before viewing the exhibition area are not permitted. Furthermore, you cannot return to the exhibition area from the merchandise area.
- Please note that admission does not guarantee the purchase of all merchandise. Some items may be sold out or on backorder. Furthermore, we will not issue refunds for admission tickets due to items being sold out.
- Each product has a purchase limit.
- Please note that we cannot answer inquiries about stock (such as current stock levels or expected arrival dates) at our stores or through any other channels.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products after purchase.
- Please be sure to check your change and other payment details immediately upon purchase. We cannot address any discrepancies after you have left the merchandise area.
- Reselling of merchandise is strictly prohibited. Entry will be denied to anyone found engaging in resale activities.
- If it is determined that you are purchasing goods with the intention of reselling them, the organizer reserves the right to refuse payment.
- Please refrain from taking photos or videos inside the official shop.
- Please refrain from making phone calls on your mobile phone or smartphone while shopping at our official shop, as this may disturb other customers.
- When using the official shop, please read the precautions carefully and follow the instructions and guidance of the staff. Failure to comply may result in refusal of payment or being asked to leave. The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of not following staff instructions.
[Regarding celebratory flowers]
- Due to venue restrictions, we regretfully must decline to accept celebratory flowers such as standing floral arrangements and flower stands.
Notes regarding admission
- This exhibition requires advance reservation (Date and Time Specified Ticket).
- If there are available slots in the timed entry period on the day of your visit, you can enter without prior reservation.
- Merchandise (special gifts for attendees) and bonus for tickets with bonus will only be distributed on the day of the event.
- By presenting a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, intellectual disability certificate, mental disability health and welfare certificate, atomic bomb survivor health certificate), one caregiver aged 18 or over can enter the exhibition free of charge for each person with a disability certificate and an admission ticket to this exhibition.

- Admission to this exhibition is free for preschool children.
- Children up to elementary school age must be accompanied by one adult aged 18 or older.

- If it is discovered that a ticket was resold through an auction or similar means, you will be denied entry.

- This exhibition ticket is valid only on the date and time indicated. Please arrive within the specified time.
- Tickets for this exhibition cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or reissued after purchase.
- Each person may enter the same admission time only once, and the merchandise area is limited to one entry per person. Customers waiting for multiple admission tickets in the same admission time must come with companions and distribute their tickets to companions people. The benefit will be given to you in proportion to the number of admission tickets you own.
- Please be aware that media filming may take place.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting time indicated on your admission ticket. You will not be admitted if you arrive earlier than the designated time. There is also no waiting area available. Please be considerate of other facility users.
- If you arrive late for meeting time, you can still arrive within the admission time slot indicated on the admission ticket, and you can still arrive admission. However, if you are late for the admission time slot, we may refuse to admission you on the day. In that case, the admission ticket will not be refunded.
- The last entry time is 7:30 PM, and complete exit from the exhibition venue, including the merchandise area, is required by 8:30 PM.
- When attending the event, please read the precautions and follow the instructions and guidance of staff. Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other visitors is strictly prohibited. If you do not follow these rules, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of not following the instructions of staff.
Important notes regarding ticket applications
- This exhibition uses "electronic admission tickets." Please check the notes regarding admission tickets before applying. A separate handling fee will be charged for purchasing admission tickets. Please check the details when applying.
- eplus general (FCFS) sales, each person can purchase up to one 4 tickets "merchandise admission ticket" and "regular admission ticket" for specific dates and times. If there are admission tickets that were not credited within the payment deadline, they may be resold.
- Please note that the event may be canceled or the content may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters and their effects, or for other reasons.
- This exhibition is a designated date and time admission system for all days. When purchasing an admission ticket, you will need to specify the admission time (date + time slot).
- General sales are FCFS sales. There is a sales limit for each admission time of admission tickets, and they may sell out.
- Even if the eplus shows × as remaining seats, if there are tickets that were not credited within the payment deadline, they may be resold.
- Admission tickets with merchandise and regular admission tickets can be purchased on the day of your visit until the sales limit is reached, but both admission time will be sold 15 minutes before entry start.
- After purchasing a ticket, you cannot change the date/time or ticket type, or receive a refund. Tickets will not be reissued.
- Resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited.
Notes regarding admission benefits and bonus merchandise
- Merchandise (special gifts for attendees) and bonus for tickets with bonus will only be distributed on the day of the event.
- If you are unable to attend on the designated date and time due to your own circumstances, your right to redeem the special merchandise will be forfeited. In this case, we will not be able to refund the payment. Furthermore, we will not be able to accommodate individual shipping or reservations during the event period under any circumstances.
- Bonus goods will not be exchanged for any reason other than a defective product. We will not accept any exchanges or returns of bonus goods for any reason other than a defective product.
- Defective products can only be exchanged in the reception area on the day, so please be sure to open the product and check the contents after receiving it.
