・Any dangerous acts that may cause injury to other customers are strictly prohibited.
The organizer will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or other problems resulting from such acts.
・Tickets obtained through transfer or resale will not be admitted.
・Failure to comply with other rules or etiquette established by the organizer may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
・Refunds will not be issued for reasons other than performance cancellation, postponement, or changes to the venue opening or performance start times.
Even if the performance is canceled or postponed due to circumstances on the organizer's side, compensation for expenses related to your attendance (such as transportation or accommodation costs) cannot be provided.
・Guests arriving in wheelchairs are kindly requested to contact the respective inquiry points in advance after purchasing tickets.
・Guests attending with children are requested to take precautions such as bringing ear muffs or earplugs.
・Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited during the performance.
・Please be advised that images and photos taken within the venue, including the audience seating area, may be publicly shared.

ID check on the day of the performance
(identification)
・In order to prevent the resale of tickets, we will conduct an ID check (identity verification).
Both the purchaser and the companions must bring an official ID with a photo.
・Only those who match the "official ID card with photo" you bring with you and the name on the ticket can admission.
(The name of the purchaser and companions will be written on the ticket.)
・If the name on the ID card and the name on the ticket are different, or if it is found that the person who presented the ID is not the person, we will refuse admission.
In addition, please note that tickets will not be refunded in that case.
【What both the purchaser and the companions must bring】
・Ticket (QR ticket)
・Official photo ID (passport, etc.)
・Copies and photo data are not accepted. Please bring the actual item that is not expired.
・Lending or borrowing official identification is prohibited by law. Using a forged or counterfeit identification is a crime.
Regarding name
・If you are purchasing tickets for two, you will need to enter the full name of each person who will be accompanying you in the questionnaire at the time of application.
・Once registered, the name of both purchaser and accompanying person cannot be changed.Please register carefully.
・At the time of entry, the purchaser and companion(s) must each bring an official ID with a photo for identification purposes (passport, etc.) before entering the venue. Otherwise, you may be refused admission.
Other precautions
・Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
・Tickets for overseas customer are not eligible for an official trade application.
