    Alipay and WechatPay are only applicable for first-come, first-served registration.
    It cannot be selected as a payment method for lottery acceptance.

    Please bring your QR code (smartphone screenshot or paper printout).

  • Virtual Ticket

    For Streaming+ users

    You can use one of the following methods to access the viewing page.

    1. Viewing URL information e-mail sent after payment confirmation
    2. Contact email the day before delivery
    3. Application Status Inquiry

  • Tickets issued at 
    7‑Eleven Store

    Seven-Eleven logo

    Please tell the clerk at the cash register your payment slip number [13 digits] to receive your tickets.

    (1) An information email with a 13-digit ticket number will be sent before the event day. Ticket pickup will be available after you receive the number, and it will be valid until the end of the event.

    (2) At any 7-Eleven store in Japan, please present your 13-digit ticket number at the cashier to receive your ticket.
    *The multi-copy machines installed in Seven-Eleven stores are not used.

    Alternatively, you can also present the ticket voucher displayed on your “My Order” page to the store staff to receive your ticket.

    (3) After receiving your tickets, please confirm on the spot that the details (event name, date, etc.) and the ticket quantity are correct.
