About admission Voucher

  • Those who have a physical disability certificate, a rehabilitation certificate, a mental disability health and welfare certificate, and a war wounded and sick certificate will receive free admission for up to one caregiver per 1 ticket admission ticket. If you have a caregiver, please present your notebook when you enter.
  • Please note that no "visitor benefits" will be given to customers who do not have an admission ticket.
  • Free for preschool children. Preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • This event will use an "electronic admission ticket." Please read the notes regarding admission tickets before applying.
    In addition, a separate handling fee will be charged when purchasing your admission ticket. Please check the details when purchasing your admission ticket.
  • The event may be canceled or the content may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters and their effects, or other reasons.

Admission tickets with limited edition merchandise

  • Limited edition goods will be given to each person for each admission ticket 1 ticket.
  • Limited edition merchandise is only available with this admission ticket and will not be sold at the official shop.
  • The design and contents of limited edition goods may be subject to change.
  • We will not accept exchanges or returns of bonus goods for any reason other than defective products. Defective products can only be exchanged in the reception area on the day, so please be sure to open the product and check the contents after receiving it.

Important Notices Regarding Admission Tickets

  • This event is a designated date and time admission system for all days. When purchasing an admission ticket, you will need to specify the admission time (date + time slot).
  • You can apply up to 4 tickets per application.
  • After purchasing a ticket, you cannot change the date, time, or type of ticket, nor can you receive a refund. Tickets will not be reissued.
  • As part of measures to prevent resale, we may conduct identity verification at the time of entry to this event.
    In addition to your admission ticket, please be sure to bring a photo ID.

  • The resale or transfer of tickets issued for this event for profit, the resale or transfer at a price higher than the stated price, or the resale, transfer, or exchange of tickets to an unspecified number of people at auctions, on social media, etc. is prohibited. If any such tickets are discovered, you will be denied entry under any circumstances. In this case, no refunds will be given for the ticket price, travel expenses, etc.
  • Please arrive at the time printed on your admission ticket. You will not be able to enter the premises before opening hours.
    Please refrain from lining up or reserving spots at night or early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to neighbors.
  • If you arrive late for meeting time, you can still enter if you arrive within the admission time slot listed on your admission ticket.
    However, if you are late for the admission time, you may be refused entry on the day. In that case, the admission ticket will not be refunded.
  • It may take some time to enter the venue, so please make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
  • Last admission is at 8:00 PM, and final exit is at 9:00 PM.
  • Your belongings may be checked upon entry. To protect the exhibits and ensure operational safety, the following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue. There are no lockers in the building.
    ・Fire, odorous items, fresh flowers or other perishable items, or items deemed dangerous by the organizers
    ・Suitcases, carry-on cases, carts, and other wheeled luggage, as well as large luggage
    ・Long objects, imitation swords, selfie sticks, and other items that may be a nuisance to other customers
    - Plastic bottles, water bottles, and other food and drink items *Except if you can store them in your own bag or pouch before entering.
