The organizer will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or other problems resulting from such acts.

・Tickets obtained through transfer or resale will not be accepted for entry.
・If you do not comply with the rules and manners set by the organizer, admission may be denied or you may be asked to leave the venue.
・Tickets will not be refunded for reasons other than cancellation or postponement of the performance, or changes to door opening or start times.
Even if the performance is canceled or postponed due to the organizer’s circumstances, we will not be able to compensate for any expenses related to attending the event, including transportation and accommodation costs.
・If you will be attending in a wheelchair, please contact the respective inquiry points in advance after purchasing your ticket.
・If you are attending with children, please take appropriate precautions, such as bringing earmuffs or earplugs.
・Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.
・Photos and videos of the venue, including audience seating areas, may be released.

ID Check on the Day of the Performance
(Identity Verification)
・To prevent ticket resale, an ID check (identity verification) will be conducted.
Both the purchaser and all accompanying person(s) must present an official ID with a photo.
・Only individuals whose name matches both the photo ID presented and the name printed on the ticket will be admitted.
(The names of the purchaser and companions will be printed on the ticket.)
・If the name on the photo ID does not match the name on the ticket, or if it is determined that the person presenting the ID is not the ticket holder, admission will be denied.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
【What Both the Purchaser and Accompanying Person(s) Must Bring】
・Ticket (QR Ticket)
・an official ID with a photo (such as a passport)
・Copies and photo data are not accepted. Please bring the actual item that is not expired.
・Lending or borrowing official identification is prohibited by law. Using a forged or counterfeit identification is a crime.
Regarding Names
・If you are purchasing two tickets, you must enter the full name of each accompanying person on the application form at the time of application.
・Once registered, the names of the purchaser and accompanying person(s) cannot be changed.
Please ensure all information is entered accurately.
・At the time of entry, both the purchaser and accompanying person(s) must each present an official ID with a photo for identity verification.
Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission.
Other Precautions
・Once your order has been completed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
・Tickets for overseas residents are not eligible for official resale services.

QR Ticket
QR tickets will be available from 16:00 on the day before performance.
After the QR ticket becomes available, please select “Display QR Code” via “
Track My Order”.
(Notification emails will be sent sequentially as tickets become available.)
*For performances in Tokyo and Osaka, QR tickets for both the first and second day will be available from 16:00 on the day before the first performance date.
