・Dangerous activities such as diving, moshing, circle moshing, and shoulder riding are strictly prohibited. Participants who dive or do not follow staff instructions will be forcibly removed. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any injuries resulting from these actions. Thank you for your understanding.
・In response to the abolition of government and Kanagawa restrictions on events related to COVID-19 and the removal of guidelines for the music industry, we have also abolished the infection control guidelines for this festival. Please make your own decisions regarding infection control measures for each participant.
・Please note that tickets purchased are non-refundable except in cases of festival cancellation (including cases of poor health, fever, changes to entry conditions, cancellation or changes of performing artists, or failure to follow staff instructions).
・In the unlikely event that a refund occurs, only the ticket price will be eligible for the refund; sales administrative fees including ticket charge fees will not be eligible. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance before purchasing.
・Video cameras are installed inside the audience to record footage from both days' performances. Scenes from the stage and audience will be displayed on the stage's LED screens and recorded Streaming videos. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please absolutely refrain from molestation, fighting, or any behavior that disturbs other customers inside the venue.
・Please be careful of pickpocketing and unattended pickpocketing. Please manage your valuables thoroughly yourself. Please store your belongings in lockers.
・After the performance, restrictions will be implemented at the main gate and other exits to ease congestion on surrounding roads. Please note that it will take some time to leave.
・We ask for your cooperation so as not to inconvenience residents living nearby.
・Please cooperate in beautifying the venue and its surroundings. Please absolutely refrain from littering, smoking while walking, or graffitiing.
・Please cooperate with the zero waste movement by sending your trash to the eco-station inside the venue.
・Please refrain from tamlo or making loud noises at the venue or around the station, regardless of early morning or late night.
・The front area will be replaced by lottery in advance. Those without a front area ticket, or children of elementary school age or younger, are not allowed to enter the front area.

・Tickets cannot be used by multiple people. Please be sure to purchase 1 ticket tickets per person.
・Tickets are only valid at the performance date and venue indicated on the ticket.
・You will enter by exchanging your ticket for a wristband.
・If you do not wear a wristband, you will be asked to leave. Please handle it carefully until the end of the festival and never remove it.
・If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue for any reason. Additionally, after handing over the person to the police, we will claim compensation for damages.
・Children up to elementary school age as of the day of participation are admitted free. However, this is only permitted if accompanied by a guardian (guardians require a ticket). However, entry areas are restricted, and entering the front area is extremely dangerous, so entry is prohibited.
If you find one, you will be asked to move to the area. Also, strollers are not allowed inside the venue for purposes other than those intended for children. Guardians are asked to follow the instructions of staff, never take their eyes off their children, observe proper manners, and be considerate not to disturb other guests. Those who do not comply with these rules may be forcibly removed. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
・Transferring or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. If such acts are discovered, legal action will be taken. Also, Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, and ticketjam are not official sales channels. We cannot guarantee entry for customers who purchase through channels other than the official sales channel. Additionally, as a result of trading on the above sites or between individuals, there is a possibility of being involved in fraud or other troubles. You may be subject to police investigation, and in some cases, both the seller and buyer may be punished, so please be very careful.
Furthermore, the organizer, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue. Please take responsibility for all such incidents and are the responsibility of your guests and guardians.
・If there is an authentication error upon entry, staff will verify your identity. Please be sure to bring a photo ID (such as a passport).
・Pets are not allowed inside the venue (except guide dogs and other dog dogs).
・Handicap areas are available. We kindly ask that you contact us at least one week before the performance after purchasing your ticket.
・On the day of the event, please ask the staff near the handicap area inside the venue to guide you.
・Bringing in video cameras, professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses), telephoto lenses, recording devices, action cameras, etc. is prohibited.
・The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue: bottles, cans, fireworks and other explosives, bicycles, skateboards, kick scooters, inflatable pools, water guns, professional photography equipment such as cameras with telephoto lenses exceeding 200mm, selfie sticks, GoPros, drones, cooler boxes (soft cooler bags are permitted only if they are small enough to be carried at all times), carts, tents, tarps, parasols, air sofas, chairs, soap bubbles, and any other items prohibited by law or that may cause inconvenience to others.
・There are no designated areas in the spectator seating area where tents, chairs, or sheets are permitted. Sheets are only allowed in the grass stand area within Gion Stadium. Please refrain from creating a base camp for large groups and occupying it for extended periods. Any belongings left unattended to reserve a spot will be removed.
・You are allowed to bring in plastic bottles, but please do not throw them onto the stage or do anything similar, as this is dangerous.
・Bringing in food and drinks will be restricted in certain areas of the venue. Please check the area map, which will be announced at a later date, for details.
・You are not permitted to wear footwear with protruding parts such as high heels or spikes.
・Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings of the performing artists is prohibited. Do not take any photos or videos while the artists are on stage, including during set changes. If any such activity is discovered, all media will be confiscated, the data will be immediately deleted, and in severe cases, the equipment will also be confiscated.
・Please refrain from using strollers during crowded times. Also, please do not leave strollers unattended.
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue except in designated smoking areas. Those who smoke, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products, must use the designated smoking areas. Please maintain social distancing within the smoking areas and refrain from talking or sitting down.
・Please refrain from reserving seats on benches or tables by leaving belongings or food/drinks there. Any unattended belongings will be moved under the bench as soon as staff find them, and any food/drinks may be disposed of.
・Parasols (and rain umbrellas) may only be used outside the stage area, during breaks or while waiting in line at merchandise or food stalls. Their use while moving around is prohibited.
・Please refrain from damaging plants, trees, or facilities within the park or near the venue, and from entering restricted areas marked off by ropes or fences.
・Please use public transportation or an access bus tour to get to the venue whenever possible. Parking arrangements for visitors are currently being finalized. We will inform you as soon as they are decided.
・Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to nearby residents, such as parking illegally or causing trouble to surrounding facilities, or sleeping rough around the venue.
・Anyone engaging in disruptive behavior inside or outside the venue, or failing to follow instructions from staff, may be forcibly removed or denied entry.
・The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.
・Please be aware that images and videos of the venue, including the audience, may be released to the public during this festival.
・Waiting outside the venue for artists before or after performances (including staying overnight) is prohibited. Waiting outside the festival venue or surrounding public spaces, stalking artists, sitting on surrounding roads, etc., not only endangers the artists and yourself, but can also cause accidents and troubles involving the general public. It causes a great deal of trouble, so please do not do it under any circumstances. Any accidents or incidents that occur as a result of these actions must be resolved between the parties involved. The artists, organizers, and venue will not be held responsible in any way. Furthermore, please be aware that if you engage in malicious behavior, you may be denied entry to the performance venue and may be handed over to the police.
・Anyone engaging in behavior that disturbs other customers inside or outside the venue, failing to follow staff instructions, or being intoxicated will be forcibly removed. In such cases, no refunds will be given. In the event of any accidents, incidents, or injuries inside or outside the venue, the parties involved are responsible for resolving the issue themselves. Please note that the organizers will not be involved in any discussions or problem-solving regarding disputes between customers.
