  • Some of the exhibitions require specific dates and times. Tickets have a sales cap per admission time, so they may sell out.
  • For tickets on the specified dates, please select your desired entry time slot (date + time) when purchasing. The purchased ticket is valid only for the selected time slot and cannot be used for any other time slots.

  • The image is of a prototype under supervision. Specifications such as size may differ from the actual product.
  • The merchandise included with the ticket will be distributed at the venue where you purchased your admission ticket, during the event period.
  • We are unable to deliver or mail items after the event has ended.
  • Customers with tickets that include merchandise will receive one item per person upon entry.
  • Even those with free admission will need a ticket that includes merchandise if they wish to receive the benefits of a ticket with merchandise.
  • Tickets with merchandise are available in limited quantities. Sales may end without notice once the maximum number of tickets has been reached.
  • We cannot exchange items other than defective products, so please be sure to check the product on the spot.

■Notes

  • Advance Lottery sales Tickets will be sold under a "date-specific system" with a limited number of tickets available.
  • Entry is not on a rotation basis.
  • If the venue becomes crowded, we may restrict entry even to those with advance tickets to ensure the safety of our customers.
  • Under no circumstances will we accept changes to the date, time, or type of ticket, nor will we issue refunds after purchase.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that tickets will not be reissued in case of theft or loss.
  • The transfer (resale) of tickets to others for profit is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the organizers will not be held responsible for any problems arising from the transfer or resale of tickets.
  • Free for preschool children
    *One preschool-aged child is allowed entry per accompanying adult. (The accompanying adult must purchase a ticket.)
    *Children aged 9 and under must be accompanied by a guardian to enter.
    *Please note that children who enter for free cannot purchase merchandise.
  • This exhibition does not offer any discounts, such as group discounts, senior citizen discounts, or disability discounts. Individuals with a disability certificate are required to purchase a ticket.
    *However, if a customer with a disability certificate requires assistance, one caregiver may accompany them free of charge.
    *Please note that caregivers who are admitted free of charge cannot purchase merchandise.
  • Please present your disability certificate and ticket upon entry.
  • If you are a free admission customer and wish to receive the merchandise-included ticket benefits, you will need to purchase a separate merchandise-included ticket.
  • Timed entry tickets and tickets with merchandise are available in limited quantities. Sales may end without notice once the planned number is reached.
  • We may ask for identification upon your arrival.
