Even if the performance is canceled or postponed due to the organizer’s circumstances,
we will not be able to compensate for any expenses related to attending the event,
including transportation and accommodation costs.
・If you will be attending in a wheelchair, please contact the respective inquiry points in advance after purchasing your ticket.
・If you are attending with children, please take appropriate precautions, such as bringing earmuffs or earplugs.
・Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.
・Photos and videos of the venue, including audience seating areas, may be released.

ID Check on the Day of the Performance
(Identity Verification)
・To prevent ticket resale, an ID check (identity verification) will be conducted.
Both the purchaser and all accompanying persons must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
・Only individuals whose name matches both the name on the photo ID presented and the name printed on the ticket will be admitted. (The names of the purchaser and companions will be printed on the ticket.)
・If the name on the photo ID does not match the name on the ticket, or if it is determined that the person presenting the ID is not the rightful ticket holder, admission will be denied.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
【What Both the Purchaser and Accompanying Persons Must Bring】
Ticket (QR Ticket)
a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport)
・Photocopies and digital images of IDs will not be accepted. Please bring the original, valid (unexpired) ID.
・Lending or borrowing a government-issued ID is prohibited by law. Using a forged or counterfeit ID is a crime.
Regarding Names
・If you apply for two tickets, you must enter the full name of each accompanying person on the application form at the time of application.
・Once an application has been submitted, the names of the purchaser and accompanying persons cannot be changed. Please make sure that all names are entered correctly.
Other Precautions
・There will be no general sale for international customers. Tickets will be available only during the presale periods listed above.
・Tickets purchased through this page are not eligible for official resale or ticket exchange services.
・No changes or cancellations can be made once a ticket purchase has been completed.
