- Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to enter. Anyone over the age of 3 will need a ticket.
- Due to the stage equipment, some parts of the performance may be difficult to see.
- Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for personal reasons.
- It is strictly prohibited to sell tickets on auction sites or resale sites. Also, admission with resold tickets will be refused.
- Please note that we are unable to accept flowers, letters or gifts for performers.
- Throwing flowers, gifts, etc. into the ice rink is prohibited.
- Photography, audio and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. However, photography is permitted before and after the ice show, as well as during breaks. You may also post the footage to social media.
- Video footage and photos of the inside of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
- Tickets cannot be reissued or used for admission under any circumstances, including if the ticket is forgotten, lost, stolen, or if the performance date is incorrect.
- The spectator seats have limited space. Carry-on bags, suitcases, and large luggage are not permitted. If you have a suitcase, please be sure to leave it in a locker. (Please note that there are a limited number of lockers in the sub-arena lobby.)
- Please note that tickets will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or change of performers, or if the performance is terminated midway.
- If the performance is terminated prematurely due to natural disasters or other reasons, tickets will not be refunded.
