[How to use]
Upon entry, your ticket will be checked at the reception desk.
Please note that we may occasionally ask you to show your ID.
*When purchasing same-day tickets, you will be required to present photo identification (driver's license, My Number card, passport, etc.) every time.

- If you cough, sneeze, etc. inside the venue, please cooperate with coughing etiquette.
- If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please inform a member of staff immediately. Depending on your symptoms, you may be asked to leave.
- Due to venue restrictions, we will not be able to accept gifts or letters for performers.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring in knives, pistols, or other items that look dangerous, as well as imitation items. It is also prohibited to bring in anything from outside the venue that you have not received, or to show or hand it to performers (excluding clothing and accessories).
[Disclaimer]
- You can enter the performances of Fugetsuden's "Immersive Theater Hanayoi no Daichakai" (March 20th - May 24th) on the specified date and time.
- You can enter the plum garden "Flower Garden" (February 1 ~ May 24) and the historical site of the Odoi maple garden "Blue Maple" (April 1 ~ May 24).
*However, admission to the plum garden "Flower Garden" and the historical site of the Midoi maple garden "Blue Maple" is limited to the days when the "Immersive Theater Hana Yoi no Da Tea Ceremony" is used.
*Customers who come to the performance at 19:00 Start must enter before watching the Immersive Theater Hanayi Tea Ceremony. (Admission is not allowed after viewing)
- If you have a ticket for the Immersive Theatre Hanayoi Grand Tea Ceremony and Umezono is closed on the day of the performance, unfortunately you will not be able to enter the Umezono.
In that case, you will be given a "KYOTO NIPPON FESTIVAL Installation Ticket" at the reception desk of the Immersive Theater Hanayoi Grand Tea Ceremony.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please come back to the Umezono "Flower Garden" installation at a later date.

Please refrain from entering if any of the following applies to you.
- Those who have had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19
- Those who suspect that a family member or close acquaintance living with them is infected
- Those who have traveled to a country or region that has been restricted by the government from entering the country or that requires a period of observation after entry within the past 14 days, or who have had close contact with residents of such a country or region.
[Dress code and baggage information]
- The dress code is currently under consideration. Once it is decided, we will announce it in advance on our official website, social media, etc.
- You will need to take off your shoes before entering, so please be sure to wear socks or tights.
- Due to the production and cast arrangements, and to prevent other customers from experiencing the immersive experience, we ask that you refrain from attending the show dressed in [clothing that is almost identical to that of the cast].
- If the reception determines that the size of your luggage will interfere with the performance or with other guests, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will ask you to leave it in the coin lockers located nearby.
- If you have large luggage such as a suitcase that does not fit in the lockers, you may leave it outside the venue, but please note that we will not be held responsible in any way.

Please understand and agree to the following before purchasing a ticket and attending the event.
- No refunds will be given for any reason except in the event that the performance is cancelled due to reasons of the organizer.
- If the event is cancelled due to the organizer's circumstances or other reasons, we will not be liable for any compensation beyond the ticket price you paid.
- Ticket prices cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
- Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Cast members may change without notice. Tickets will not be refunded due to cast changes.

In such cases, ticket prices will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you notice symptoms such as a fever or cough before leaving home, please prioritize your own health and refrain from coming to the venue.
- If requested by public institutions (such as public health centers) to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may provide personal information of guests.

- Due to the nature of the performance, only those who can walk on their own without assistance are allowed to participate. Participants using crutches are not permitted.

Please note that due to the structure of the venue, wheelchair users are not able to participate.
- Due to the nature of the performance, the venue is narrow and there are dark areas. Please be careful of obstacles above your head and uneven surfaces. There will also be sudden blackouts, flashing lights, and smoke effects. If you are sensitive to these effects or if you anticipate hyperventilation or other symptoms, please participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
- Pregnant women and those with health concerns will not be allowed to enter.
- Anyone who has consumed a large amount of alcohol or who staff deems incapable of participating will be refused entry at the entrance, even if they have purchased a ticket. In such cases, ticket prices will not be refunded under any circumstances.
