How to sell
eplus sells tickets as per entrustment by the Event Provider under its instruction concerning sales method. eplus may put the limit or restriction on the number of tickets to be sold and/or on sales method.
Cancellation and changes not allowed
Once you have purchased tickets, under no circumstances can you replace, exchange, change or cancel the ticket. It should be noted that the tickets purchased from e+ are not subject to cooling-off period.
End of Sales / Additional Sales
Even during the sales period, eplus may discontinue the sales of tickets when a number of orders has reached the number scheduled to be sold by us, provided that, in certain cases, we may resume sales of tickets upon request of the Event Providers.

e+ reserves the right to claim damages incurred by us to you arising out of or in relation to any event described in the preceding paragraph.
Tickets cannot be reissued
e+ shall not reissue tickets under any circumstances (including, but not limited to lost, stolen, or damaged).
Resale Prohibited

Tickets purchased from us or the numbers required to redeem tickets may not be resold to a third party for commercial purposes, or provided to a third party for resale.

If such an act is found, the application may be invalidated at the discretion of the organizer of the event and our company.

If such an act is discovered, the event organizer may, at its own discretion, invalidate the purchased ticket, refuse to refund the ticket price, and refuse to accept admission. If you have already admission, you may be ordered to leave.

Lost reception number
