Song/programme: ■ Demonstration and Comparison Workshop: Explanation of Body Techniques in "Noh Theater x Karate x Kumiodori"
The commonalities in "forms" that create beauty and strength: Performing arts and martial arts—though different genres, they share common elements such as an unwavering central axis (midline) and a stable stance. We will explain and demonstrate the rationality of history and the body in an easy-to-understand way. While closely comparing the techniques of professionals, experience the commonalities of "beautiful forms" hidden in tradition.

■ Performance of the Noh play "Funabenkei"
Shizuka Gozen's graceful dance (Shizuka), the vengeful spirit of Taira no Tomomori and the fierce battle between Musashibo Benkei and Minamoto no Yoshitsune (Do).
Witness the physical expression of Noh performers through the grand spectacle of "Funabenkei," a masterpiece representative of Noh theater.

■ Talk Session: "The Secrets of KATA"
This is an after-talk session held on stage immediately following the conclusion of the Noh play "Funabenkei." What kind of "breathing" do the performers do and where do they focus their "awareness" amidst the extreme movements of Noh? Enjoy this intense session that delves into the essence of traditional "KATA (forms)," something you can only hear here.
